Lori McFalls Waldrop, a loving, selfless, and thoughtful woman, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on September 12, 2023. Born on October 22, 1963, in Tryon, NC, Lori was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her. Her warm spirit and generous heart will be deeply missed.
Lori was the cherished daughter of the late Willie B. McFalls and the late Carrie McFalls. She is survived by her loving husband Jeff Waldrop, and son Blake. She was a beloved sister, aunt, and great-aunt, leaving behind a large and loving family. She is survived by her sister, Lisa Brown, and her nieces and nephews: Kyle, Kailyn, Cara, Will, Brad, Andy, Matt, Wendy, and Blaine. Lori was predeceased by her brothers, Donnie and Ricky McFalls, and her nephew, Cody Brown. She also leaves behind a legacy of love with her 21 great-nieces and nephews, who will remember her fondly.
After completing high school, Lori embarked on a successful career with Michelin North America, where she dedicated 20 years of her life. Her hard work and dedication saw her rise to the position of Manager over Payroll for the US, Canada, and Mexico. Following her tenure at Michelin, Her professional life was marked by her commitment to excellence and her unwavering dedication to her work.
Lori's interests extended beyond her professional life. She had a deep love for travel, which allowed her to explore new places and cultures. Her adventurous spirit was infectious, inspiring those around her to seek out new experiences and broaden their horizons. Lori's zest for life was evident in everything she did, and her enthusiasm was a source of joy for all who knew her.
Lori's life was a testament to her loving, selfless, and thoughtful nature. She had a unique ability to make everyone around her feel special and loved. Her kindness and generosity knew no bounds, and she was always there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Lori's memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched with her kindness and love.
