Lisa’s legacy is one of extraordinary love, kindness, strength, and faith. She was a bright light whose outward beauty was matched only by her beautiful soul. Always greeting you with a big smile and a kind word, she shared the immense love in her heart with anyone who wished to receive it.
She was gifted with a contagiously positive outlook on life and was eager to share love and compassion with those around her. A conversation with her left you feeling heard, loved, and important. She found great joy in bringing happiness to others as evidenced by her selfless devotion to her family.
These qualities came easily to Lisa and were a reflection of her unshakable faith. A faith that she openly shared as she traveled the road that was laid before her. She smiled through the trials, prayed for others before herself, and wished only good things for each of us.
We are the beneficiaries of Lisa’s kind and generous spirit, and the pieces of herself she so happily shared are woven into the fabric of our families, our community, and our hearts. We are all the better for having shared this life with her.
Celebration of Life Services will be held on November 5, 2022, at Berea First Baptist Church. Visitation is from 12:30 to 2:00 and the service will follow. As part of the service, Lisa has asked that you honor her by wearing your brightest colors.
