Linda Faye Thornton

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Faye Thornton, a resident of Woodruff, SC, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 72. Linda was born on October 2, 1950, in Spartanburg, SC, to George and Catherine Collins. She grew up alongside her sisters, Jo Ann Ingram (preceded) and Barbara C. Grant.

Linda's life was filled with love and family, and she was a devoted mother to her children Lisa and Joellen Mcfalls and son Robert Cannon, who all preceded her in death. Her children brought immense joy to her life, and Linda was proud of their accomplishments.

Linda was also a cherished grandmother to three grandchildren and great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family, and they brought her much happiness throughout her life. Linda is also survived her special friend Bo Boheler.

Linda was predeceased by her parents, George and Catherine Collins, and her siblings, Jo Ann Ingram, Lisa Mcfalls, Joellen Mcfalls, and Robert Cannon. Her passing has left a void in the lives of those who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
