Linda Ann Oswell

Linda Ann Oswell, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2023, in Greer, South Carolina. She was born in Germany on May 24, 1958, and throughout her life, she was known for her loving, faith-filled, and gentle nature.

Linda was a proud graduate of Southside High School, where she developed a strong foundation for her future. After graduation, she built a life filled with love and dedication to her family and her faith. Her love for her family was apparent in every aspect of her life, from the time she spent with them to the love she poured into each interaction.

She was married to Sean Patrick Oswell, and their love story was one for the ages. She had a daughter and son with our names: their daughter, Frances Leeann Fleming, married Mark. A son, John Michael Crump. Linda was a devoted mother who cherished every moment she spent with her children. Her love for them was only surpassed by the love she had for her grandchildren, Xavier, Noah, Angelina, and Isabel. Linda's love extended beyond her immediate family to her niece/daughter, Christy Cummings, married to Shane, and their children Isaiah and Jamie.

Linda had a deep passion for her faith and was dedicated to her church. She found joy in serving others and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her faith-filled life was an inspiration to many, and her gentle spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her.

In her spare time, Linda enjoyed reading and journaling, often spending hours lost in a good book or pouring her thoughts onto paper. She found peace and solace in these moments of solitude, which provided her with a unique perspective on life. These activities were a testament to her introspective nature and love for learning.

Linda also loved to travel, with trips to the beach and the mountains being her favorite. She found beauty in both the serenity of the beach and the majesty of the mountains. These trips brought her immense joy and provided her with countless cherished memories.

Linda loved spending time with her friends. She had a knack for making everyone around her feel special and loved. Her friends often spoke of her warm, welcoming nature and how she always had a kind word or a comforting hug to offer.

In her 65 years, Linda Ann Oswell lived a life of love, faith, and gentleness. She was an extraordinary woman who touched the lives of many with her kindness and grace. Her unfaltering love for her family, dedication to her faith, and passion for life will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege to know her. Linda's legacy will live on in the hearts of her loved ones and all those who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us.
