Linda Jane Murphree, 72, of Liberty, South Carolina passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020
She was born in Greenville, South Carolina a daughter of the late Joseph Pettigrew Sanders, Jr. and the late Daisy Ophelia Shepherd Sanders and is a graduate of Liberty High School. She was employed at Lowes of Easley and a dedicated member of Enon Baptist Church in Easley, South Carolina.
Loved by many, she had a heart of gold. She had a strong love and faith for Jesus Christ, Her Savior. A very loving mother who loved her children and family fiercely. Linda loved spending time with her family who was everything to her.
Surviving are her daughters, Belinda Beth McBride and Debbie Harden, three grandchildren, Megan McBride, Ethan McBride and Mackenzie Murphree, an expected great granddaughter Ava Jane McBride due in May 2021, her daughter-in-law Jessica Meyer and her sister, Jeannette Johnson (JT).
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Pettigrew Sanders, III and her son William James Murphree.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 2 PM at Enon Baptist Church, 871 Enon Church Road, Easley, South Carolina. The family will receive friends from 12 PM until 1:45 PM at the church.
The family is at the home.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, facial coverings will be required and social distancing will be observed.
