Lillian Hewlett Garrett

Lillian H. Garrett 74, of Berea, SC, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 8th, 2021 at 2:13 am, she was surrounded by her family. Lillian was a lifelong and faithful servant of the Jehovah’s Witness Faith.
She was the daughter of the late Arthur N. and Lois P. Hewlett. Along with her parents, Lillian was predeceased by her brothers: Arthur Hewlett Jr. and Jay Hewlett; her sister: Bonnie Scott; and her daughter Stella Brown.
She is survived by sisters: Jan Reynolds of SC, Rose McCabe of Arizona and Sherry Gaddy of NC. She was mother to nine children, her daughters: Tonya McCurdy (Todd), Lillian Ross (Terrance), Kim Martinez (Mike), Loretta Sparks, Andrea Bookout and Angela Fairfax; her sons: James Garrett, Billie McCurdy; she was grandmother to 49, great grandmother to 37 and a great great grandmother to 1.
A “Virtual Memorial” will be held via Zoom on Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 at 2pm.
An outdoor “Celebration of Life” will be held at Pointsett Park, 5 Pine Forest Rd., Travelers Rest, SC. For information on either service, contact the Family at 864-484-4403.
