Levi Kansas Burrell, aged 35, of Greenville, SC, passed away on July 30, 2024, in Easley, SC, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on November 11, 1988, to Christine J. Burrell and the late Ernest A. Burrell, Levi was a man whose presence was felt deeply by all who knew him.
Levi was a graduate of Carolina High School. He went on to become one of the most skilled commercial electricians at TAG Electrical LLC, where he was not only committed to his craft but also took great pride in being a part of the family business.
Outside of work, Levi was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing, often spending his weekends in the tranquility of nature. His gun collection was a testament to his adventurous spirit, and he approached each new addition with the same enthusiasm and respect he had for the outdoors. Levi also had a deep affection for his tools and was happiest when he had a project to tinker with. His hands were rarely still, as he was always in the midst of fixing, building, or improving something.
Levi's love for life was paralleled only by his love for his family. He is survived by his adoring mother, Christine J. Burrell; his cherished children, Aizley Gonzalez and Levi Milton Burrell; his caring sister, Leslie D. Shepherd and her husband, Greg Shepherd; and his beloved niece and nephew, Cassidy A. Shepherd and Parker G. Shepherd. Levi's role as a father, brother, uncle, and son was imbued with the same loving, adventurous, and courageous spirit that he brought to every aspect of his life.
Those who knew Levi will remember him as a man who lived with his whole heart. His laughter was infectious, his courage was inspiring, and his generosity knew no bounds. He was a beacon of strength and love for his family, and his guidance and support will be deeply missed.
Levi's life was a beautiful tapestry of dedication, joy, and love. As we say goodbye to this remarkable man, we take comfort in knowing that his legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those he touched. Levi Kansas Burrell's journey on this earth was a testament to the power of living authentically and loving fiercely, and he will be remembered with fondness and admiration by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
