Leslie Bradford Fiske

Leslie Bradford Fiske, 88, of Greer, SC, completed his journey to his heavenly home on November 14, 2021. He is survived by his children: Leslie E. Fiske (Janet), Carol Green (Tim), and Sherri Crain (Tim), six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren, and a brother Charles H. Fiske, Jr., of East Greenwich, RI. Leslie was the beloved son of the late Charles Herbert and Dorothy Aline Johnson Fiske, born on October 18, 1933, in East Greenwich, RI. He was also preceded in death by his wife of sixty-four years Nora L. Fiske, infant son Leslie B. Fiske, Jr., and sisters Pearl Morton and Joyce Hamilton. He served his country proudly in the Army's 1st Battalion, 279th Infantry Regiment, 45th Infantry Division during the Korean War from May 1953 - August 1954. Leslie worked with Springs Industries for forty-seven years. A memorial service will be held at Grace United Methodist Church, 627 Taylor Rd, Greer, SC 29651 on November 28, 2021, at 3 pm. Entombment will take place at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 140 Inway Dr., Anderson, SC on December 3, 2021, at 11 am. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church or the Korean War Veterans Association, Foothills Chapter, #301 C/O Lewis Perry 150 Middleton Park Lane, Moore, SC, 29369-7800.
