She was the proud mother of John, Johnny Outz, Brittany, Kayla, Cody Outz, Donna Joe, Austin, and Tyler Estep, and a bonus daughter, Kelly Estep Maybin. Leslie was also a doting Ne-Ne to 25 grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart. She was the loving daughter of Ray and her stepmother Darlene, and the late Betty Jean Vaughn Bradford, sisters; Patty Woody and Donna Rogers. Leslie also shared a special bond with her niece, Kimberly "Kimbo" Brock, and her nephew, James Brock, among many other nieces and nephews. Her sister, Suzette, and brother-in-law, Robert Chapman, were not just family, but also her best friends.

Leslie spent her life as a dedicated homemaker, creating a warm and welcoming environment for her family and friends. Her home was a place of laughter, love, and countless memories. She was a woman of many passions, which included her favorite dog, Hawk, who was like a baby to her.
