Larry Michael Miller

Larry Michael Miller, known affectionately as Michael, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2025, at the Agape Hospice House in Landrum, SC. Born on March 30, 1971, in Brevard, NC to Larry and Jannette Maggard Miller, he carried the spirit of his mountain roots throughout his life.

Michael, a proud graduate of Brevard High School, dedicated many years to perfecting his craft as a painter. His artistry brightened the lives and homes of many.

An avid lover of the outdoors, Michael found solace and joy in camping and fishing—the serenity of nature being a true reflection of his loving, friendly, and generous nature.

His memory will live on through his cherished family: his father Larry, mother Jannette, sister Kristal Owen, adored nephew Jacob Owen, and his loving girlfriend Melinda Burton. He was preceded in passing by his maternal grandparents Paul and Thelma Maggard, and paternal grandparents Carl and Helen Miller. Michael's kind heart and laughter will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.
