Keshawnta Dimetrece Meeks

Mr. Keshawnta Dimetrece Meeks, of Greenville, SC peacefully transitioned on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Prisma Health Systems. Keshawnta enjoyed nature and his favorite thing to do in his spare time was cook. He is a 2017 graduate of Hillcrest High School.
He is survived by his parents, Donald and Kendra Rice of Simpsonville, South Carolina; his grandparents, William and Loretta Meeks of Simpsonville, SC; his great-grandparents, William Meeks Sr. and Clara Meeks of Memphis, Tennessee; one brother, Kadavias Meeks of Winston Salem, North Carolina; one step-brother, Terrence Thompson; two step-sisters, Nadia Prater of Woodruff, SC and Brittni Blocker of Spartanburg, SC; two aunts, Kimberly Meeks of Memphis, Tennessee, and Karmen (Albert) Gray of Greensboro, North Carolina; and a cousin reared in the home, Tynathien Booker of Spartanburg, SC. He also leaves a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and friends. He leaves behind a special friend Lauren Mickle. He also leaves behind his fur buddy pal, Prince.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Cremation Society of SC-Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd., Greenville, SC 29611. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
