Kenneth Adams, 79, of Greenville, SC, made his journey to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. He loved the Lord, his entire family, his church, and Georgia Bulldogs. He was a member of First Christian Fellowship in Greenville for 42 years.
Born April 4, 1937, in Habersham County, Georgia, he was the son of the late Lafayette Alonzo (Tom) and Addie Sisk Adams.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Nancy, 6 children, Michael Adams, Beverly Saner (Mike) of Hayward, Ca., Tina Prince (Ed) of Kissimmee, Fl., Angie Williams (Gary) of Knoxville, Tn, Kenny Adams (Angie) of Greenville, Debbie Westbrooks (Gene) of Iva, SC, a brother, Lafayette Adams, a sister, Carol Calhoun, 14 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceeded in death by 2 brothers, Mike and Tommy Adams, a sister, Beverly Adams, a step daughter, Cindy Coker, and a great grandson, Christian Adair.
Visitation Monday, April 25, 4pm-6pm, at Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd, Greenville, SC, 29611. Funeral service Tuesday, April 26, 11am, at First Christian Fellowship, 110 Montana St, Greenville, SC, 29611. Burial to follow at Iva City Cemetery, Iva, SC
