She was predeceased by her brother, Wayne Poplin, and her parents, Louise and James Paul Poplin, Jr. Kathy's family was the cornerstone of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
A proud high school graduate, Kathy was a dedicated employee at Precision Valve, where she worked in Quality Control. Her meticulous nature and commitment to excellence made her a valued member of the team.
