Julia Kerlee Kelly, 82, of Spartanburg, passed away on April 18, 2020 after a brief battle with cancer. She is survived by three daughters: Angela Kelly, Charlotte McCowan and Crystal Powell, along with seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; she is also survived by two brothers, Jerry Kerlee and Kenneth Kerlee, both of Black Mountain, North Carolina .
