After moving to Jamestown, NY, Joy made her mark as a respected Branch Manager at Chase Bank, where her sharp intellect and warm demeanor earned her the admiration of colleagues and clients alike.

Beyond her professional achievements, Joy's heart was always with her family and community. She was the cherished wife of the late Freeman Leonard, and a loving mother to her sons, Steven, Gregg, and Jay Leonard. Joy's siblings, Karen Foose and Marlene Starling, shared in the joys and sorrows of life with her, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
