Born in Oconee County he is a son of the late Robert Thaddeus LeRoy and Easter Lilly Capps LeRoy. Foster is a Vietnam Veteran having served in the US Army for 8 years.
Survivors include two sisters; Catherine L. Hester, Judy D. Watkins, five brothers; Willie E. LeRoy, Gary K. LeRoy, Don E. LeRoy, Dean W. LeRoy and Lonnie L. LeRoy. Also surviving are sixteen nieces and nephews.
Foster was predeceased by his parents and two brothers; Robert J. LeRoy and Ray LeRoy.
A private service will be held at a later date.
