Joseph John Heiskala, age 52, of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on November 27, 2016. Joseph was born in Michigan on June 4, 1964. He graduated from Cleburne High School in Texas in 1982, then continued his education at LeTourneau College, receiving a B.S. in Computer Science in 1986. He worked in Maintenance at Wal-Mart for many years.
Joseph enjoyed reading and watching movies, and spent a lot of time working on his car.
He is survived by his father, John Heiskala; his brother Choo “Daniel” Heiskala; and his two sisters, Janele Parsons and Kristi Godfrey. He is preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Heiskala.
