John Anthony "Moe" Warga Jr

John Anthony “Moe” Warga Jr., 85, husband of Luigina Pulcini Warga, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021.
Born in Baltimore, MD on July 5, 1935, he was the son of the late J.A. Warga Sr. and Antoinette Golembieski Warga. John was also predeceased by his brother Ronald J. Warga.
John was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and retired from Sparrows Point Steel in Baltimore, Md. He also served 6 years in the US Army Reserve in charge of the Flame-Thrower Unit.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 sons Scott John Warga and Bryan Louis Warga. Bryan’s wife Kimmi and 3 grandchildren Raley, Reid, and Rhett. We all called him “Grandpop.”
He graduated from Mt. St. Joe high school in Baltimore, MD and participated in raising funds for the sports program at Archbishop Curley high school, where his sons attended. He was also an avid Yankee baseball fan.
The family has chosen to have a private service in Greenville, SC, and a celebration this summer in Baltimore, MD.
