John A Sawtelle

John A. Sawtelle, 48, of Greenwood, SC died November 20. He was born March 1,1973 in Naples Florida to David and Carolina Sawtelle. After graduating from Belton-Honea Path High School he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Virginia College. He proudly served in the US Armed Forces. He loved his family and the Lord. John enjoyed riding his bike, working in the yard, fixing electronics and building things

John was preceded in death by his father David Sawtelle.

John was a son, a brother, a husband and a father. Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Austin Sawtelle; daughters Sierra Sawtelle and Lillian Sawtelle; mother Carolina Sawtelle; brothers, Robert (Staci) Sawtelle, James (Crystal) Sawtelle along with his wife, Brantley.

A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00PM on Wednesday, December 1st in the chapel of Westville Funerals. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
