John Ronald Crowder, II, affectionately known as John, passed away peacefully in his hometown of Greenville, SC on October 14, 2023. Born on March 3, 1989, to Angie and John Crowder, John was a loving son, brother, uncle, and grandson who lived his life with an adventurous spirit and friendly demeanor.
John's life was marked by his love for his family, his passion for collecting Fast & Furious Hotwheel cars. His collection was a testament to his dedication and love for the franchise along with his unwavering support for Clemson. His love for his family was evident in his close relationships with his sisters, Heather Hollis (Travis) and Candie Edwards (Ben), his niece Mary Walton, Hailey Hollis and his nephews John Walton and Thomas Hollis. He also had a special bond with his younger relatives, Skyla and Grayson Edwards. John was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, James Crowder, maternal grandparents, Richard Pressley and Evelyn Vaughn, and his niece, Isabel Walton. He was fortunate to have been loved and cared for by his Mema, Irene Sharp (Charlie). He also had a large extended family including aunts, uncles, and many cousins who will all miss him dearly.
His adventurous spirit was infectious, and he had a knack for turning even the most mundane activities into exciting adventures. Those who knew John would describe him as loving, adventurous, and friendly. His loving nature was evident in the way he cared for his family and friends. His adventurous spirit was reflected in his love for travel and exploration. His friendly demeanor made him a joy to be around, and he had a knack for making everyone feel welcome and valued.
John's passing is a significant loss to all who knew and loved him.
