John Allen Connell

John Allen Connell, 73, Central, SC, passed away on November 14, 2020. He was the beloved son of the late Carl and Mary Connell born on May 19, 1947, in San Antonio, TX. John leaves behind his wife Sheryl Connell; children: Katie Beach, John Connell II, and Laura Connell; siblings: Carl, Samuel, Kay, Mark, and Patty; and one grandchild. He proudly served as a Captain in the SC National Guard. John was a teacher and guidance counselor for the Pickens County School District. He enjoyed woodworking, Clemson sports, and puzzles. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.
