His mother Debra Staggs and a sister Sandy Staggs. Alot of Aunts and Uncles. Proceed by his father, Johnny Finley and grandparents Willie and Dorothy Boiter. Family and friends will be at home of his Aunt Geraldine of Piedmont, SC. All donations made to family to help with service. Service at New Life Monday May 15, 2017.
