Joel O. Boley III (JB) passed away at his residence on June 17th, 2019. He was 48 years old. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 27th, 1971 to his parents Joel and Delores Boley. Mr. Boley is survived by his parents Delores and Joel O. Boley Jr., his sisters Dena Boley and Deborah Allen.
He was a resident of McCormick South Carolina since 2008.
