"Joan O. Gardner, daughter of the late William Alvin and Louise Bramlett Owens, died on April 29, 2023. She is survived by one son, Kenneth M. Gardner Jr., predeceased by two brothers, Bill and Gene, and four sisters, Jayne, Sara, Mary, and Mildred.
Several nieces and nephews also survive her. She is also survived by one sister, Shirley.
A private memorial will be held at a later date."
