Jimmy Howe, 53, of Greenville, South Carolina passed away much too soon on Wednesday, June 7, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, the late James E. Howe, Sr., and a brother, Benjamin Scott Howe.
Born Tuesday, June 9, 1964 in Pickens, South Carolina, Jimmy leaves behind his mother, Barbara Howe Carlton & step-father, Lonnie D. Carlton; his wife, Kimberly June Howe; 2 daughters, Alisha & Brandi Howe; 2 sons, Dane & Grayson Howe; a sister, Sonja Howe; a brother, James E Howe, Jr.; and 6 grandchildren, Mason, Clay, Kyle, Alexis, Eli, & McKinzee.
Working as a Builder in the Construction Industry, Jimmy established a hard work ethic that helped him provide for the care of his family. He didn’t have much time for hobbies, but he always found a way to help those in need.
The family will celebrate Jimmy’s life with friends in a Memorial Service on Friday, June 16, 2017 in the chapel at Westville Funeral Home, 6010 Whitehorse Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29611. Services will begin at 3:00 p.m., led by Pastor Julian Galloway and Jimmy’s uncle, Pastor Kenneth Bates and speaker Joseph Zollmer.
