Jimmy Lewis Crane, Sr. 76, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed from this life on Friday, February 1, 2019 in Greenville. Born on April 16, 1942 in Greenville, South Carolina, he was a lifelong resident of Greenville and he worked as a flooring installer in the flooring industry.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his father, Lewis Crane and his mother, Mary Gilliam Thomas Williams. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Velma Louise Crane of Titusville, Florida. his daughter, Tammy Watford and her husband, Paul of Greenville; his son, Jim Crane, Jr. and his wife, Brenda of Greenville; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Services to remember and honor Jimmy’s life will be at 7:00 P.M. Monday, February 4, 2019 at the New Life Baptist Church, 2691 West Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, South Carolina 29611. Jimmy’s family wishes to extend the sincerest of thanks to his caretaker, Debra Garrison.
