Jerry Helen Painter

Jerry Helen Painter, 79, widow of Jimmy Leroy Painter, went to be with the Lord on April 13, 2015.  Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late George Washington and Minnie Jane Holt Taffer.  Mrs. Painter retired from Estes Plant, Piedmont.

Surviving are three children, Jimmy Wayne Painter, Jerry Diane Thomason, and Timothy Glenn Painter; seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; one brother and one sister, Frank Taffer and Mildred Tollison.  Predeceased were one son, Larry Douglas Painter; three brothers and five sisters.

Services will be held at CSSC-Westville Funerals, 6010 White Horse Rd., Greenville.  Visitation will be from 6:00-7:30PM. Thurs. April 16.  The funeral service will be on Fri. April 17 at 2PM.  Burial will follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
