Jerry Robert Hardy

Jerry Robert Hardy, 83, of Central, SC went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 29, 2023. He was the son of the late Clarence and Lizzy Mae Hardy. Jerry was preceded in death by his daughter Linda Bigham. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Nancy Hardy; his children, Teresa Robinson, Al Hardy, and Karen Duncan; his son-in-law Randall Bigham; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-granchildren.

Jerry was funny, kind, and very easy to get along with. He never knew a stranger, and his laughter and jokes filled the room with joy. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved camping, fishing, and working in his yard.

His wife and children would like to thank the nurses at Bon Secour hospital, and Denise Tucker, his hospice caregiver.
