Jerrel DaVarius Thomas

Jerrel DaVarius Thomas went to be with his Lord and Savior on October 13 2022. He is survived by his daughter, Taliyah Thomas; his wife, Samantha Thomas; his mother, Kathleen Beasley; his sisters, Jelisa Llawan Beasley and Janay Urice Beasley; his nephews, Terrance Williams Jr., Nyjah Williams, and Gabriel Vereen; and his Godparents Vardrey Freeman and Loretta Freeman.

Jerrel was a joy to be around. His calm demeanor, and laid-back attitude put others at ease. He loved making others laugh, and spending time with his friends and family. His daughter, Taliyah, was the light of his life.

Jerrel was an intellectual, who could easily converse for hours on a myriad of topics, ranging from the spiritual, to art, to music. He loved writing, working on cars, and listening to his favorite musical artists.

Despite his complexity, he took pleasure in the simple things in life. Nothing made Jerrel happier than spending time with his loved ones.

Jerrel touched so many lives, in so many different ways. Please come join the family and celebrate his life on Saturday, October 29 at Poplar Spring Baptist Church at 4pm.
