Born in August, Georgia, Jeff graduated from Academy of Richmond County. He was a member of Bible Deliverance Temple in Augusta, Georgia. Jeff worked for CMC/South Carolina Steel in Taylors, South Carolina for seventeen years until he became disabled. He is survived by his wife Vonda Kay E. Ditto-Bales, his parents George and Nancy Bales, a sister Angela Bales, nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn, Lexie, Taylor, Ashlyn, Derek, and Katherine.
There will be no visitation but will be a celebration of life. Date and time to be announced at a future date. Family and close friends will be at his home in Greer, South Carolina. There will be no graveside service.
