Jean lived in Greenville SC for the last 7 years, with her daughter Michele, son-in law Bruce and 8 grand-kitties. Her childhood and young adulthood were spent in NY and OH, then she lived the majority of her life at the NJ shore. She worked for 5 years after High School to save for College, graduating with a degree in Speech and Hearing Therapy. Starting programs in NY and NJ school systems, she helped thousands of children, while raising her only child as a single parent.
Jean had many interests-attending church, opera, theater, music, art, dance (she was an accomplished ballroom dancer), nature, animals, and loved children. Her last years had a good combination of all that she enjoyed. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. She is in heaven now playing golf with her parents, shopping and lunching with several dear friends.
We will never stop Loving and Missing you Momma, but take some comfort that your final resting place is in a garden, at church, on the top of a mountain.
