James Glenn Rabb

James Glenn Rabb, Jr. “Jamie”, 43, of Greenville, SC, went to be with his Lord and Savior and was reunited with his dad and best friend, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Jamie passed after a long battle with numerous health issues and later complications of Covid. He was the beloved son of Pamela Gentry Rabb and the late James Glenn Rabb, Sr., born in Greenville, SC on September 2, 1977. Jamie is survived by his son James Cole Rabb, mother Pamela Gentry Rabb, sister Jill Rabb Chapman (Danny) of Anderson, SC, Janice Rabb Farmer (Don) of Mauldin, SC; nieces, Deidra Kovach (Ryan), Tori Shupe (Jake), five great-nieces and nephews, one great-great-nephew, and his girlfriend of many years Teresa Jones. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by an Aunt Sylvia Mae Davenport, nephew Daniel Phillip Chapman Jr., and paternal grandparents Landrum and Lillian Rabb, and maternal grandparents Charles and Eileen Gentry. Jamie enjoyed drawing, woodworking, and racing RC cars. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Jamie may have left this earth but he will be forever in the hearts of his loved ones that were left behind and he truly will be missed.
Joint "Celebration of Life" Services for James Rabb, Jr. and James Rabb, Sr., scheduled for this Saturday, September 18, 2021, 11:30 am visitation and 12:00 pm Service at New Life Baptist Church located at 2691 W. Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, SC 29611. Pastor Hope Carpenter to be officiating. Masks will be provided at the doors.
