It is with supreme sadness and great gladness that we celebrate the passing of James (Jim) Edward Cisson. He was the son of the late Josiephine and Fred Cisson Sr., born on June 15, 1928. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Gloria June; daughter and son-in-law, Pamela Kay and Randall Cobb; Son, Jimmy Dale and his most precious grand daughter, Kelly Nicole; two sisters, Annette Pruitt and Kay Greene; many nieces and nephews and his loving dog, Chance.
Jim was a born again Christian and for that his family is forever blessed. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.
He was a plumber by trade, hardworking and honest, and a great provider for his family. He was an active member of the Agnew Road Baptist Church and a loyal helper for Meals on Wheels.
Many thanks to all who knew Jim and for all the help and helpers the good Lord provided to his family over the years. Each of you please remember Jim with joy and love for him and his family and for each other.
“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as Eagles. They shall run and not be weary and they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
