James Allen Hedden aka the “Lucky Bucky”, never was there a more devoted husband, father or friend. A man who was honest and good, a man who gave everyone a fair chance. Never once did I ever hear anyone speak ill of my father, he was a man who was forgiving, accepting and loving of all. A stranger never entered his home, he always treated everyone like a friend, and never judged anyone for anything that they had done. He passed on June 12th, with his loving bride of 39 years who never left his side, by his side. He will be missed by all, he was a legend, he will be remembered for many years by all he came into contact with, as being a great man. May his tired soul forever rest in the peace of a life well lived.
Bucky was survived by his wife of 39 years, Jean Hedden and his children Ted Hedden & Martha Holliday, her husband Jesse Holliday and Grandchildren, Kaden and Emma Lewis And probably his favorite, Wicket (his puppy). He also was survived by his sister Judy, brother and sister in laws mike and Jean Schmalzer, Mark and Holly Schmalzer, as well as many nieces, nephews & cousins.
