Together, they raised a family that included their daughter Kristina, son David, and daughters Elisabeth Chiboucas and Karen Moon. Irwin was a loving grandfather to Tyler LePow and Melissa Moon, and a cherished uncle to Lois Behr and Janet Bennett. He was preceded in death by his father Benjamin LePow, mother Lena LePow, and sister Anita Praeger.

A man of exceptional character, Irwin was known for his financial acumen and integrity in the business world. His career was marked by his roles at Wellington Financial LLC and his reputation as an honest and true businessman.
