Hubert Williford, Jr.

Hubert Williford, Jr., 66, of Piedmont, SC, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017 in Greenville, SC. Born on September 12, 1950 in Greenville, SC to his parents, Hubert Williford, Sr. and Walsie Bea (Peters) Williford, Hubert was a longtime resident of the area, had also lived in Georgia and he worked as a truck driver in the trucking industry. Hubert is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Wavene Vaughn and his brother, Emmett Williford. Those who will most cherish his memory are his sons, Jason Williford of Virginia and Richard Williford of Georgia; his sisters, Nancy Brewer of Pickens, SC and Lisa W. Rigdon and husband, Mandell of Pickens, SC. Hubert is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial services to Remember and Honor Hubert’s life will be at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, June 25, 2017 at the Carolina Community Church, on Norman Street in Liberty, SC. Officiating the services will be Dr. John Revis, pastor of the church.
