Henry Seaborn Mahaffey

Henry Seaborn Mahaffey, of Woodruff, SC, son of the late Paul and Addie Mae Mahaffey, passed away surrounded by his family on January 8, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Mildred Mahaffey; brother Edward Mahaffey (Dianne); sister Sandra Shaw (Gerald); sister Barbara Davis (Ellis); 4 nephews; 1 niece; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Henry was an avid outdoorsman who loved to spend time in nature. He enjoyed fishing, visiting state parks, and spending time in the mountains. He relished a good meal, and cherished every moment he spent with friends and family. Henry was known for his sense of humor - he often liked to push peoples' buttons, but it was all in good fun. Dirt track racing was another passion of Henry's - a passion that he shared with his brother Edward. They spent many a fun-filled day together at the track. He was a loving husband, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
