Harl Bahntge

Harl Lewis Bahntge, 72, of Spartanburg, passed away on September 18, 2021. Born in Lakin Kansas he was the son of Julian Virgil Bahntge and Flora Aileen Countryman.
Survivors include his wife, Jane Bahntge, his children: Harl Bahntge, Jr., Angel Wilson, Schad Barnett, Shane Barnett, Shannon Barnett, Pete Bahntge, Charles Bahntge, Misty Holzmeister, and Sarah Bahntge other survivors include his two brothers; Ronald (Glenda) Bahntge, and George (Roseanna) Bahntge, one sister, Carolyn (Mike) Calderon, numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Harl was a member of the US Navy and a Vietnam Veteran. He attended Lakin High School in Kansas and graduated from Ohio State. He was also a member of the APA Eight Ball Pool Team.

A gathering in remembrance will be held at Cleveland Park in Spartanburg on Sunday from Noon until 2:00 PM at the Milliken place shelter.
