Gregory "Brandon" Beauford Bridges

Gregory “Brandon” Beauford Bridges, 32 of Gray Court passed away July 7, 2023. Brandon was born to the late Gregory Lee Bridges and Sharon Nidiffer of Simpsonville, SC on May 3, 1991.
He was an active child and loved playing recreational sports. He played for Hickory Tavern, Lauren’s High School and with the Fountain Inn Rec. Dept. He was a graduate of Laurens District 55 High School. Bridges served in The United States Marine Corp and pursued a career in metal fabrication. He was a member of Rabun Creek Baptist Church of Gray Court. He loved sports, hunting and fishing. Brandon had a smile that could light up the room and an innate ability to make everyone laugh. He will forever be loved and deeply missed by those who were blessed to know and love him.
Brandon was the father of three children. Bentley Creed Bridges (Virginia) of Campebello, SC and two children from a previous marriage.
Brandon is survived by his mother, Sharon Nidiffer of Michigan, Honorary parents, Julius Martin Bridges Jr. and Patricia I. Bridges of Gray Court. Two brothers, Andrew Cory Bridges of Michigan, Julius Martin Bridges, III (Kristy) of Honea Path, SC. Sister, Lisa I. Branyon (Jason) of Simpsonville, SC. Paternal grandmother, Nelly Faye Bridges of Simpsonville, SC. Maternal grandmother Ann Neal (Lester) of Fountain Inn, SC, honorary grandfather, Wade L. Lanier of Simpsonville, SC and countless aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and many more that knew and loved him.
Brandon is preceded in death by his biological father, Gregory L. Bridges, paternal grandfather, Julius Martin Bridges, Sr., and honorary grandmother Louise P. Lanier.
A memorial service will be held to honor and celebrate his life at Rabun Baptist Church, at a later date and time.
Family will receive friends at their respective homes.
