Georgia Anne Dodson

Georgia Anne Dodson, 60, sadly passed away June 9th, 2021. Born in Anderson County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Warren Ward and Nancy Flo Ward.
She was a loving, kind, and compassionate Daughter, Wife, Mom, Granny, Sister, and friend. She enjoyed fishing, traveling, nature, but she enjoyed time with her family more than anything.
She is survived by her three children, April Dawn Dodson (Randall), Tammy Dawn McAlister (Josh), and James Waco Dodson II (Tiffany); and seven grandchildren, Anna, Ronnie, Samual, Landon, Brentley, Braylon, and Brylie.
She was predeceased by her husband of 45 years, James Waco Dodson; and her brother, Robert Thomas Ward.
To know Georgia, was to know a friend. For such a small woman, she had a huge heart, and the impact she left us with will never part. In life we loved her dearly, in death we love her still. In our hearts she holds a special place, no one else will ever fill.
