Frederick Roy Elmy, 54, of Easley, SC died October 4th 2014 at home, unexpectedly.  Fred Elmy was born May 30th, 1960 to George Sr. and Barbara Elmy in Frankfurt, Germany.

He leaves his mother, Barbara Elmy; wife, Kim Elmy; children, Chris Elmy and wife, Tiffany Elmy, David Elmy, Amanda (Elmy) Cosnahan and husband, Travis Cosnahan.  He also leaves his beloved grandchildren, Ace, Savanna, and Addison; his brothers, George Jr. (Karen), Gilbert (Robin), Richard (Deb), Marshall (Karen); his sisters, Jan (John), Franda (son, Zac), Mary-Ruth (Tony), Barbara (Tim); and many nieces, nephews, and other family.

Fred’s greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his grandchildren and travelling with his wife, usually to see his grandchildren.  He was an eclectic person and a lover of many things.   This included his four-legged children (dogs), music, movies, MoPar and cars in general, woodworking, history, technology, writing, 4-wheeling, and Batman.

Never short on jokes and humor, Fred brought many laughs to those around him.  He was always willing to help and give to others in need.

We love you, FreddyBoy, Daddy, and Papa.

Visitation will be held at Westville Chapel, 6010 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC 29611 at 2PM, October  7, 2014 with Memorial Service immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, 159 Pond Dr, Easley, SC 29640.
