Frances I. Siler passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. Born Conestee, SC she was the daughter of the late William and Etta Brown McCall. She is survived by her children: Frank Siler, Jack Siler, Angel Trammell, Elaine Trammell, and Cathy Byars; 11 grandkids and 21 great-grandkids. Visitation will be Friday July 15, 2016 from 5 -7 pm at Westville Funeral Home.
