Frances Duncan

Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and friend, was born July 10, 1939, in Greenville SC, to the late Edward & Beulah McHone. She grew up in Greenville, SC, where she met the love of her life. She spent the rest of her life with him until his passing in 2015. Frances never met a stranger, and made many friends in her life that began with a casual conversation. She loved cooking (and was good at it), gardening, researching genealogy, and spending time with friends and family.
She passed away, peacefully into the arms of her Lord on February 22, 2019 and is reunited with her husband, William Duncan. She is also predeceased by her brother Earnest McHone.
She is survived by her sister Elsie Cooper, two children; Bart Duncan and Dena Alvarez, four grandchildren; Erin Strong, Sarah Duncan, Frankie Alvarez and Bobby Alvarez, and two great grand children; Evangeline and William Strong.
A memorial service will not be held in order to honor her wishes.
