Frances C Chaput

The family of Frances C. Chaput (87) are saddened to announce her passing from declining health at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice House on the evening of Wednesday, November 9, 2016. Born Frances Clara Wilkinson in Washington, DC on January 23, 1929. She grew up in Philadelphia, PA with two brothers (Harmon and Lloyd) and a sister (Leona). In 1947, she married her first husband, Frank DeAngelo, and relocated to Atlantic City, NJ where she spent most of her adult life working in retail sales. In 1993, Frances married her second husband, Richard Chaput who passed away later that same year. She retired in 2009 and relocated to Greer, SC in early 2010 to pursue her favorite hobbies of making jewelry and playing chickenfoot.
Frances Chaput is survived by her son Paul DeAngelo and wife Renee of Inman, SC. Her three grandsons: Brian DeAngelo and wife Teresa of Lyman, SC; Christopher DeAngelo of Tuckerton, NJ; and Scott DeAngelo of Boiling Springs, SC and her two great grandchildren: Nicholas DeAngelo of NJ and Haley DeAngelo of Florida.
