Frances Jeanettie Whitfield Bryant

On Thursday evening March 23, 2023, Frances Jeanettie Whitfield Bryant took her final journey into the gates of Heaven for her eternal resting place with her Lord and Savior.
Frances was preceded in death by her late husband William (Bill) Bryant of Greenville, South Carolina where they made their home. Frances was born March 2, 1924, in Dallas, Georgia. The daughter of the late Gordon Whitfield and Rosa Gibson Whitfield. She was a home maker and a member of Wren Memorial Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Betty Jo Jones Hookahi (David). She is survived by a son William (Pete) Bryant Jr. (Kim Tinsley) of Easley South Carolina; daughter Mary Ann Bryant Cox (John) of Spartanburg South Carolina; six grandchildren Mike Jones (Angie) of Maryville Tennessee, Allen Jones (Angel) of Columbus Georgia, Cecil Jones (Nancy) of Columbus Georgia, Shane Bryant of Taylors South Carolina, Angie Bowers (Jayme) of Spartanburg South Carolina, Michelle McCredie (Rob) of Spartanburg South Carolina. She also has eight great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Frances was preceded in death by 17 brothers and sisters and survived by one brother Doug Whitfield (Carol) of Cateechee, SC, and many nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be held on Saturday April 1, 2023, 11:00 – 11:45 AM at Wren Memorial Baptist Church in Greenville SC with the memorial service to follow at 12:00 PM.
