Frances Jones Bell

Frances Jones Bell 84, of Greenville, SC, died Saturday, October 22, 2022 after a brief illness. Frances was born in Florence ,SC on February 23, 1938. She is predeceased by her husband Robert W. Bell, Sr. (Bob) and her parents John Fant Jones and Julia Neyle Jones.
She graduated from McLenaghan High School in Florence SC and attended Limestone College and the University of South Carolina.
Frances worked for Geiss and Sons Jewelry Store for 20 years making many friends during her time there.
Frances is survived by her son, Robert W. Bell, Jr. (Bo), and her daughter, Julia Neyle Bell, Rhonda M. Bell of Greenville, SC, two grandchildren, Savannah Bell Ferrari (Jason) and Robert W. Bell, III (Tres); great grandchild Vivienne Fae Ferrari, brother John F. Jones, Jr and his wife Betty Gail of Gainesville, GA Kelly Black ( Robert) and John Fant Jones III (Julie) sister in law Mary Ann Clarke of Atlanta, GA, Von Clark( Laurie) and Jon Clarke (Gail).
Frances was an avid Bridge player and loved watching and cheering on her Carolina Panthers. Having played tennis for many years, she would watch any tournaments that happened to be on any time day or night.
A memorial service will be held at Buncombe Street UMC Chapel, 200 Buncombe Street, Greenville, SC 29601 at 11AM on Monday October 31, 2022: In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Buncombe Street United Methodist Church Congregational Care, 200 Buncombe Street, Greenville, SC 29601 or to the Greenville County Animal Care,328 Furman Hall, Greenville ,SC 29609.
Cremation Society of South Carolina is serving the Bell family.
