The remarkable life of Estus E. Robbins came to an end on October 13, 2024. Memories of his life will last forever. He was preceded in death by his wife 61 years, Lillie (Pogue) Robbins. Father of Dr. Douglas E. Robbins (Karen Robbins), and Shirl A. Brown (Kevin Brown); grandfather of Dr. Erin Robbins (Dr. Akira O’Connor), Rachel A. Benefield (Sam Benefield), Carrie M Robbins (Matthew Sterbenz), and David Brown; great-grandchildren – Dai, Kaz, and Mei O’Connor. At this time, please remember his siblings Jeraldine Thompson (Alton)-deceased, Dr. Jackie Robbins (Glenda); Dr. Ronnie Robbins (Jeanette), and Rhonda Gail Henderson ((Ligon)-and their families. Adjectives, such as caring, creative, intelligent, witty, generous, kind, devoted, loyal, dependable, and hard-working-pale, in their ability to describe this wonderful husband, father, brother, and friend to so many. His was a life well lived. He will truly be missed.
