Ernest Gene Fowler

Ernest Gene Fowler,63, of Dacusville SC went home to be with the Lord on Sat. March 4 2016, at Easley Baptist Medical Hospital. He had suffered from a Stroke and Anurism on Jan 8, 2016 and underwent 3 brain surgeries at GHS..He fought a Good fight!! But now is in the arms of Jesus, no more suffering.
He is preceeded in Death by both Parents, Leo Carrol Fowler & Ida Mae Bayne Fowler of Dacusville SC.Also preceeded by Brothers Joel Fowler, Jerry Fowler & sister in law Becky Fowler. Nephew Paul Fowler and Neice Holly Fowler..
Surviving are Sister Jewell Olmos of Greenville, Brother James Fowler of Seneca, brother in law Mike Fowler of Blue Ridge, special Neices, Tammy Vaughn (Steve) of Belton, & Missy Kern (Danny) of Blue Ridge, Nephews Jerry Olmos and Brad Fowler of Greenville. He has 15 total and 20 Great Neices and Nephews. Also a Very Special Aunt, Jewell Bayne of TR.
Gene was a Very Special and Loyal Son, Brother, and Uncle, never married, devoted his life to caring for his Mom until she passed in 2008 at 93 yrs of age. He will Greatly be Missed by All who knew Him. He also was a Big Elvis Fan. Loved All his music.
Visitation is set for Mon March 14, 1-2 pm, at chapel with funeral following and then Burial at the Grand View Memorial Gardens in Travlers Rest. The family will be at Sisters home 110 Highlawn Ave, Greenville. Flowers are welcome or any donations as well to Jewell Olmos or Tammy Vaughn.
