Elizabeth H. Williams

Elizabeth Henderson Williams (Sis Tee) of Greenwood, widow of Raymond C. Williams, Sr. died Friday, August 16th, 2024, at Self Regional Healthcare at the age of 82. She was born to Josephine Henderson and Charlie Henderson, Sr. on July 4, 1942, in Greenwood, South Carolina. 

She spent most of her time as a devoted Jehovah’s Witness, grandmother, mother, sister, and friend. Elizabeth also enjoyed reading the Bible and completing crossword puzzles. 

Survivors include one sister, Willie Mae Williams and five children, Joy Ann Williams, Bobby Williams (Gloria), Raymond C. Williams (Sanquinetta), Steve Williams and Lisa Williams. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, two children, Barbara Jean Williams and Joseph Leon Williams, one granddaughter; Josilyn Loveleigh Williams, as well as three brothers and her parents. 

A memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness on 611 New Market Street. The family will receive friends at the home of 209 Windmill Circle starting Monday, August 19th.
