Elizabeth Louise Nix

Mrs. Elizabeth Louise Nix, 81, wife of Harold Bishop Nix of Greenville, SC, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 9, 2017. The daughter of the late Ony Martin & Elsie Lee Pressley Allen, Louise worked as a Pharmacy Assistant at Alexander Drug, and was a faithful and long-time member of New Life Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, Louise is survived by her daughter, Jayne (David) Darnell; 2 sons, Skip Hembree & Danny (Gail) Hembree; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a brother, David Allen; and 1 sister, Shirley (Charles) Burrell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 3 brothers & 2 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Baptist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m
